Sofia. The Pandemic Committee for A/H1N1 has taken the decision anti flu vaccines for 180 000 people to be bought, which is 10% of the risk groups in Bulgaria, said health minister and chairman of the Pandemic Committee Dr Bozhidar Nanev during a news conference after the sitting of the Committee

200 000 Tamiflu and Relenza patent medicines would be bought because part of the available medicines has been used. The Committee has taken the decision how it would act in a situation of pandemic in the country. All of the ministries should work out plans on the functioning of its activity when 30% of its staff is missing. Groups of high pandemic risk have been defined, including children over 6 months, ill people and pregnant women.
The Committee has also defined priority professional groups like health workers in the emergency.
